It’s been over 10 years now! I spent 4 years with ANZCRO before trying out something different, but now I’m back with them and have been for almost 2 years. … Can you share a memorable experience or a challenging booking you successfully managed? I’ve had some really fun bookings! One that stands out is organising a surprise proposal getaway, and another was planning a holiday for three generations of one family. Every booking has its challenges, but that’s what keeps it exciting. … What do you enjoy most about helping clients plan their trips? I love sharing my passion for travel with clients. Helping them plan their dream trips is so rewarding, especially knowing I’ve played a part in making their memories. I’ve been lucky enough to see a lot of New Zealand, and I have to say Northland, especially Paihia, is a favourite. It’s got such a relaxed vibe and beautiful scenery. I keep an eye on supplier updates and follow social media for inspiration. Seeing people explore new places always gives me fresh ideas to pass on to my clients. … What tips or advice do you have for travellers planning to visit New Zealand? My top tip? Don’t rush!
