One memorable experience was working with a client to create a detailed 15-day Lord of the Rings self-drive tour across New Zealand. It involved a lot of back-and-forth to get everything just right, but seeing their excitement and hearing how much they loved the trip made all the effort worth it. I really enjoy getting to know what clients are passionate about and then putting together a trip that matches their interests.
