Otago | Queenstown, Wanaka & Dunedin

Any time of the year, Otago dishes up a genuinely amazing mix of sights, sounds and experiences! Exciting, adrenalin-fueled fun, interspersed with culture, restaurants, stunning wines and natural wonder. Within Otago are these three cracking areas:

Wanaka

An alpine town in a stunning setting. Ski there in winter. Hike in Mt Aspiring National Park in autumn, spring or summer, or take it in from above on a scenic flight. Award-winning vineyards, famous for Pinot Gris. Conquer a HUGE waterfall one step, or one iron rung at a time – bucket list stuff!

Queenstown

Considered ‘Adventure Capital of the World’ if you don’t mind. Here’s why – skiing, rafting, jetboating, hang gliding, bungy-jumping, canyon swing and more – all in Queenstown. But that doesn’t mean you can’t relax at an onsen, vineyard or take in a cruise or farm experience!

Dunedin

Rugged scenery and abundant wildlife like the Blue Penguin, the majestic Royal Albatross and cute-as fur seals. Then, a decent injection of stunning architecture like Larnach Castle.

Otago – adventure, explore or enjoy, it’s there.
