Today is the first day of your incredible North Island adventure. Check into your hotel in Auckland and spend the afternoon/night at leisure to experience the incredible city.

Your off-road journey continues up Te Paki Stream, stopping at the massive sand dunes where you can experience the thrills and spills of sand surfing. Clambering up and surfing down the dunes (if you dare!) is sure to get your heart pumping. Visit Cape Reinga and hear the stories of this significant site where, according to Māori legend, spirits depart on their journey home to Hawaiki. Today you will make the scenic drive back to Auckland where you will spend one night before embarking towards your next coastal destination – Pauanui.

Embark on a picturesque journey as you drive from bustling Auckland to the serene coastal paradise of Pauanui. Wind your way through lush landscapes and charming towns, enjoying the scenic route. Upon arrival, unwind on Pauanui Beach, explore the Coromandel Peninsula, and savor the relaxed coastal lifestyle.

Embark on an incredible full day nature and coastal tour today.
