Easy and problem free. Have always done our own bookings for Europe but having never been to NZ before, didn’t know where to start. All I had to do was let them know what I wanted to do. The only thing I would’ve done different was accommodation. Even though both hotels were clean and very accommodating I would’ve chosen something more high-end. In saying that I didn’t make that clear when speaking to the booking agents. We will be using NZ holidays again to book our adventures on the South Island.
