    12 Day Great Rail Adventure

    The organisation by New Zealand Holidays was first class. We made a number of changes to the itinerary to meet our needs and New Zealand Holidays adapted excellently to our needs. Everything went like clockwork with all contacts and trips exceeding our expectations. I have no hesitation with recommending them to other travellers.

    11 Day Central South Island

    Rana and Sara were great. Everything was organised perfectly, the accommodation was central at all stops and all our activities went off without a hitch, a great time was had by all, thanks again for all your hard work.

    5 Day Glaciers & Lakes

    The match with our requests, budget and expectations was ten out of ten. Most of the accommodation was excellent and good value for money. Even though a couple of our activities were cancelled due to the weather, this didn't dampen our overall enjoyment. We particularly appreciated that everything was seamlessly organized for us and this saved us a lot of time and effort. Without local knowledge, we couldn't have achieved such a brilliant outcome.

    9 Day Rail, Glaciers & Mountains

    Fantastic trip loved every minute. The TranzAlpine Railway was excellent such a relaxing trip with beautiful views on every turn. Stay at Franz Josef was good. We were upgraded in Queenstown to a fabulous Studio Apartment excellent room. Then an upgrade at Mount Cook to a premium room with amazing views of Mount Cook in our window was divine. The Fable in Christchurch was in a perfect spot to explore the city and the staff were amazing and very helpful. The car hire was so easy at pickup and drop off. This was the most enjoyable experience we have had. Would highly recommend to anyone.

    19 Day Ultimate Showcase

    It was a wonderful experience, loved the luxury coach, and most dinners were included so we didn't feel like he had our hand in our pocket all the time for extra expenses. David our coach driver was amazing, thoughtful, helpful, caring, knew about the country and places. We are extremely happy we did this tour.

    12 Day Great Rail Adventure

    Gosh there are many positive experiences .
    Everything was organised so well, went smoothly except for the one time when the car pick up didn’t come and I had to call the company .
    Having a car to pick us up and drop us off arranged was brilliant .
    The hotels we stayed in were perfect for us.
    The Milford Sound day trip was the best .
    The tain trips just what I was looking for .

    12 Day Great Rail Adventure

    Parts of the trip were better than expected e.g Milford Sound, Train - Greymouth to Christchurch. Next time I would add an extra week from Auckland to drive to additional spots in the North Island.

    11 Day Central South Island

    We had an absolute amazing time. Our tour was very well organised and we did not have any issues with any of the arrangements whether that be the car hire, the accommodation or the prebooked tours. The quality of the accommodation was excellent and those who checked us in, provided us excellent information on the sites to see and other local attractions that we might be interested in.

    I would like to give particular mention to:

    • The couple who checked us in at 58 On Cron, Franz Josef, they were so friendly and went out of their way to make our stay very enjoyable. They also recommended the Waiho Hot Tubs, a couple of doors up. It was time and money well spent. It was so relaxing.
    • The gentleman who checked us in at 858 George Street Motel, Dunedin, he went out of his way to make us feel welcome, told us sites to see and even pointed out a more scenic route to travel to our wildlife cruise. It made our stay so enjoyable. When checking out he even told us a tourist attraction to visit on our way to Christchurch.

    When talking about our holiday with family and friends I have given you and your Company very positive comments and totally recommend anyone to use New Zealand Holidays should they wish to visit New Zealand. You made our holiday everything we wanted and we have everlasting memories.
